DFW Airport Guests Get Free Aquafina Across Four Terminals Through May 15

Airport Promotion Thanks Passengers, Parkers With 500,000 Coupons To Distribute

DFW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Texas (Mar. 31, 2004) – Beginning April 1, DFW International Airport will distribute more than 500,000 coupons to DFW guests for a 20-ounce free bottle of Aquafina water with the purchase of one 20-ounce Tropicana fruit juice of any variety. More than two dozen DFW concessionaires are participating in the promotion across all four of the Airport's terminals, including restaurants, news stands and gift shops. Coupons will be distributed at the Parking Plazas upon entry to the Airport.

"This is a thank you to our loyal DFW parkers and passengers and a follow up to our extremely popular coffee coupon last year," says Joe Lopano, executive vice president of marketing and revenue management at DFW. "It also gives our concessionaires a chance to see new customers in the coming six weeks. Tropicana and Aquafina are quite popular to take on the plane and many of our passengers pop the bottles in their carry-on prior to departure. We appreciate their sponsorship and participation which will certainly be welcome by our road warriors and leisure travelers."

The majority of DFW's concessionaires are locally owned businesses, with 16 of the participating outlets minority and women-owned enterprises. Passengers will have ample opportunities to redeem their coupons through May 15 in Terminals A, B, C and E. Two concessionaires have locations in all four terminals - WH Smith and Seattle's Best Coffee - and 14 have at locations in at least two terminals.
