DFW Airport Parking And Check-In Easy On Christmas Eve

DFW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Texas (Dec. 24, 2003) - For those flying on Christmas Eve, DFW International Airport traffic and travelers continue to move quickly. The Airport is experiencing no delays as a result of Level Orange security measures.

DFW's Remote North and South Lots are full, and Express North is full. However, DFW 's Express South and Enfield lots remain open, as do terminal garages.

The Airport has 12,000 close-in parking spaces available in garages, despite the closure of one-hour parking for Level Orange.

To assist travelers and parkers this holiday season, DFW is offering coupons for reduced parking terminal garages if outer lots are full. Simply request a coupon at a Remote or Express lot that is full, and receive $13 per day close-in parking. These offer continues throughout the holiday travel season.

The Airport appreciates you getting this information out to those coming to the Airport as the holiday grows closer.

Also, remember www.dfwairport.com/santatracker -- DFW's own tracking system for Santa's flight tonight. DFW has opened its special SantaTracker Hotline at 972 586 NOEL so North Texas can follow Santa’s flight plan, landing and refueling at the Airport on Christmas Eve. The progress reports will begin at 12:00 p.m. on December 24, and continue until 11:00 p.m. More updates on Santa's Texas visit, including a special "SleighTV" of Santa's simulated approach to DFW is also available at www.dfwairport.com/santatracker. Happy Holidays to all!
