DFW Airport Perks Up Coffee, Website

Easier Flight Tracker Link, Cup Of Joe Assists Passenger Coming And Going

DFW INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Texas (July 31, 2003) — DFW rolled out improvements to its award-winning www.dfwairport.com web site this week, while Airport parkers rolling in to DFW lots are getting free coupons to redeem at the terminal.

The refreshments to the Internet and parking experience are yet another example of DFW listening to guests for suggestions and ideas for improvement.

"Our guests tell us their last stop before heading to DFW is dfwairport.com because it's user friendly and helps them get to their flight as quickly as possible," says Joe Lopano, executive vice president of marketing and revenue management at DFW. "And everybody can use a hot cup of good coffee while waiting for their flight."

The web site's popular "FlightTracker" feature is now easier to navigate. Flight arrival and departure listings were formerly one or two clicks away from the home page. In this redesigned format, the user can look up flight information directly from the front page of the site. The Parking Guide has also been updated and users can now select to see rates and locations or listen to parking availability directly from the home page. And passengers now can see quicker information from the Terminal Guide, with a terminal overview and individual terminal layouts just one click away.

Airport parkers can now perk up their airport trip with a free coffee coupon, compliments of DFW and Seattle's Best Coffee.
